1. Exchange & Return Period

You may request:

  • Exchange: within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.
  • Return due to change of mind: within 7 calendar days after delivery, according to consumer protection regulations.

2. Product Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must:

  • be unused;
  • have no perfume, stains, or signs of washing;
  • include original tags;
  • be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns for:

  • intimate apparel;
  • personalized accessories;
  • final sale/outlet items (when specified in the product description).

4. Size or Model Exchanges

If you need a different size or model:

  • contact our customer support;
  • provide your order number;
  • send photos of the item if requested.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will provide a store credit, coupon, or replacement item depending on stock availability.

5. Defective Products

If your item has a manufacturing defect:

  • contact us within 7 days of delivery;
  • send photos or videos showing the issue.

After evaluation, we may offer:

  • a replacement item,
  • store credit,
  • or a refund.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the original payment method:

  • credit card: processing time depends on the card provider;
  • bank transfer or PIX: within up to 10 business days.

7. Shipping Costs

  • First exchange due to defect: shipping covered by us.
  • Exchanges for size/model: shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility depending on location.
